1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account on, or placing any wager through the inak888 platform (accessible at inak888.lat), you ("the Player", "you", or "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any other policies or rules published on this site. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and inak888.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the inak888 platform and close your account. Continued use of the site following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2. Eligibility

To create and use an inak888 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

inak888 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements may result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances pending investigation.

3. Account Registration & Verification

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) inak888 account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Any false, misleading, or incomplete information provided during registration or at any subsequent verification stage constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.1 KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification

inak888 conducts identity verification ("KYC") as part of its compliance obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any point during your account lifecycle:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport).
• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within 3 months).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account, bank account statement).
• Selfie with ID for enhanced verification purposes.

Withdrawal requests may be held pending successful KYC completion. inak888 will not be liable for any inconvenience caused by delays arising from incomplete or rejected verification submissions.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your inak888 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. inak888 will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorised activity resulting from your failure to protect your login details. 4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

inak888 supports a range of Malaysian-friendly payment methods including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

4.1 Deposits

Deposit limits and minimum deposit amounts are displayed within the inak888 cashier section. Deposits made through fraudulent payment instruments will be reversed and the account suspended. inak888 reserves the right to perform source-of-funds checks on deposit amounts that exceed stated thresholds.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days, subject to verification status and payment method processing times. Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods previously used for deposits or to accounts verified in your name. inak888 reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests pending review if unusual transaction patterns are detected.

4.3 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution in respect of any inak888 deposit constitutes a material breach of these Terms. inak888 reserves the right to close your account, recover any outstanding balance, and pursue legal remedies where applicable.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

inak888 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each offer. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are awarded to one account per household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• inak888 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements — may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any unplayed bonus balance remaining after the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.

6. Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on inak888 — including casino games, live dealer tables, slots, sportsbook markets, and virtual sports — are subject to the game-specific rules published within each product area. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except as expressly permitted by applicable game rules.
• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems. inak888 does not manipulate game results in any manner.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the affected round may be declared void and stakes returned to the player's account at inak888's sole discretion.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within each game interface and are subject to change without prior notice.
• inak888 reserves the right to void bets placed after an event outcome has been determined, where such bets were accepted due to a system error or data feed delay.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the inak888 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one account, whether under your own name or a third party's details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain undue advantage. Any winnings derived from exploits will be voided.
• Money laundering or using inak888 for any financial activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws.
• Providing false identity documentation or misrepresenting your personal information at any stage.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other means intended to obscure your true location or identity.
• Facilitating access for individuals under 21 years of age or those who have self-excluded from inak888.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the inak888 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, trademarks, and design elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of inak888 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You must not reproduce, redistribute, republish, sell, modify, or create derivative works from any inak888 content without express written authorisation. Any unauthorised use of inak888 intellectual property may give rise to legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, inak888, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the inak888 platform.
• Loss of winnings, profits, or data caused by technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
• Any third-party actions, including but not limited to payment processor delays or banking restrictions.
• Errors in displayed odds, game outcomes, or account balances that arise from technical faults, provided corrective action is taken promptly.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, inak888's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Responsible Gaming

inak888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all of its players in Malaysia. Gambling is intended solely as a form of entertainment. We strongly discourage gambling as a means to generate income or to recover previous losses.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

inak888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly administrative fee as disclosed in the cashier section.
• At the player's own written request for voluntary account closure.

Upon termination for cause, inak888 may withhold account balances pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is found, remaining balances net of any applicable fees will be returned to the verified payment method on file. Balances found to be derived from fraudulent activity will be forfeited in full.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which inak888 operates. In the event of a dispute between you and inak888:

• You must first submit a formal complaint to our customer support team at [email protected], providing full details of the dispute.
• inak888 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a resolution within 10 business days.
• If a resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, the matter may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body under our licensing framework.
• In all cases, the outcome of game rounds as recorded by inak888's server logs shall be the authoritative and final record.

By using the inak888 platform, you waive any right to participate in class-action proceedings against inak888 in connection with your use of the platform or these Terms.

13. Amendments to These Terms

inak888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, we will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the inak888 platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with any revised Terms, your sole remedy is to cease using the platform and close your account in accordance with Section 11.
